# Checklist Wall

Create a 1920 × 1080, 30 fps editable film. A camera reframe opens reading space, the foreground speaker softens, and numbered instructions write across the wall before a still reading hold. This is a parameterized compositor: an author chooses suitable licensed material and writes the short checklist.

## Prepare

Use Node.js 22 or newer, npm, FFmpeg and ffprobe. Run `npm ci`. Dependencies are pinned in the lockfile. A local Chromium browser is used by HyperFrames. Run each render with one worker. Use `DO_NOT_TRACK=1` to disable renderer telemetry.

Prepare a JSON file with `heading` (up to 36 characters), `steps` (2–5 strings, each at most 32 characters), `locale`, `duration` (7–15 seconds), `ink` and `accent` (six-digit CSS hex colors), and local paths `plate`, `take`, `cutout`. Paths resolve beside the JSON file. English and Chinese fonts are installed with the package. All used font files are copied into the project and font-face declarations are inline.

Use a photographic wall plate with unoccupied reading space. The continuous human take and its transparent cutout must share the same frames, resolution, duration and crop. The generator checks duration and alpha metadata; the author must inspect frame alignment and segmentation. Never use a shorter looping take. Human footage is muted. No narration, music or automatic audio generation is included.

## Generate and render

`node scripts/compose.mjs /absolute/brief.json /absolute/project`

`DO_NOT_TRACK=1 node node_modules/hyperframes/dist/cli.js render /absolute/project -o /absolute/film.mp4 --workers 1 --fps 30 --quality high`

The output includes editable HTML, a paused GSAP timeline registered under `window.__timelines`, managed video attributes, a local asset folder, input data and build metadata. Keep media controls in HyperFrames; do not drive the subject video independently from scene code.

## Inspect

Review time zero before playing, the reframe, each line reveal and the final reading hold. Seek forwards and backwards at transition boundaries. Inspect real native-resolution frames, loaded fonts, line bounds, actual media alignment, face/hands and frame edges. Confirm the person is large enough to read as a continuous human shot and the checklist stays legible. Test long text and Chinese separately. Record full decode results and actual browser 1x dropped-frame counters without replaying to select a better result.

A render success is not a content acceptance. Review dependency installation results separately from composition checks. Material licensing belongs with each project; footage and demo-specific photographs are excluded from this generic package. Retain the included dependency notices.
