# Gathered Notes

Create an editable HTML and GSAP film rendered with HyperFrames. A photograph starts edge to edge, contracts into an asymmetric pile, then four photographs separate into two side columns. A continuous transparent presenter becomes visible in the centre; captions appear once the pictures settle.

Prepare a JSON brief with `title` (up to 60 characters), `subtitle` (70), `palette` (`chalk` or `dusk`), `duration` (6–10 seconds), `speaker` (transparent VP9 WebM), `originalTake` (the corresponding original video), `credit`, and exactly four `pictures`, each containing `file` and `caption` (32 characters). Paths resolve relative to the brief. Use authorized photographic material and a continuous real take. Do not imply the depicted person spoke supplied captions or endorsed a topic. Preserve applicable asset credits in the demo delivery.

Install Node 22+ and FFmpeg, then run `npm ci`. Create the film using `node compose.mjs /absolute/brief.json /absolute/project`. Run `npx hyperframes inspect /absolute/project --json`, then `npx hyperframes render /absolute/project --output /absolute/film.mp4 --fps 30 --quality high --strict --workers 1`.

Supply an aligned alpha movie with matching framing and time origin. Inspect its face, hands, hair, chair contours and portrait crop before delivery. The generator checks duration and alpha metadata, not the artistic quality or identity alignment. It never loops or automatically removes a background. The video is silent; original speech is muted. No audio editing or automatic narration is provided.

This is a parameterized composition, not unrestricted automatic filmmaking. Images, copy, palette and take are replaceable. Longer captions and alternate layouts need authoring and renewed review. The initial frame is a full photograph; the final frame retains the presenter and four notes. Validate first load before playing, forward and reverse seeks, transition frames and the encoded movie. Review all required languages, including actual loaded fonts. Timeline uses HyperFrames media attributes rather than imperative video seeking.

The package includes no example photographs or presenter footage. Dependencies and their required notices are supplied by the pinned npm packages. Preserve those notices with any redistributed runtime resources.
