# Handoff Route

A parameterized 7.4-second HTML/SVG composition. Install with `npm ci` using Node 22 or later. Run `node scripts/create.mjs brief.json output`. Render with `npx hyperframes render output --output film.mp4 --fps 30 --quality high --strict --workers 1`.

Supply heading, departure, arrival (up to 38 characters each), reasons (1–4 strings, each at most 66 characters), palette (terracotta or indigo), departurePhoto and arrivalPhoto. Photo paths resolve beside the brief. Optional credit is displayed in the composition. JPEG/PNG material must be licensed for the intended use. Keep factual claims grounded in the brief. Photography is illustrative unless evidence is supplied.

Use a departure image showing the initial situation and an arrival image supporting the destination. The connecting arrow precedes a shared lateral move. The arrival remains the same object, then numbered reasons enter the space on its right. Avoid unrelated before/after pictures or explanations describing another subject.

GSAP controls time and SVG keeps the arrow editable. All typography and positions remain editable in the generated HTML. Noto Sans SC supports Latin and Chinese. Validate long labels and one-to-four reasons at native resolution; the content limits do not guarantee every string fits. Inspect forward, backward and direct seeking through `window.seekFrame(seconds)`, which returns plain data. Final hold ends at 7.4 seconds.

No soundtrack is included. Inspect encoded frames, full decoding, normal-speed playback, image crops and all explanation lines before delivery. This package supplies a constrained renderer; it does not automatically invent or verify arbitrary stories.

GSAP and the used font files are bundled from pinned upstream packages; HyperFrames is installed at the pinned version. Retain their license files with redistributed resources.
