# Role Folio

Use a stable human anchor when a viewer needs to understand who owns a collection of information. Begin with one illustrated brief; reveal four distinct records; bring in a single interface that carries those records into a next action. This is a parameterized composition generator, with authored JSON copy and local licensed media required.

## Prepare a brief

Read `input-contract.md`. Supply one continuous MP4 lasting at least 9.4 seconds, a cover photograph, and an image for each record. Keep the speaker visible and recognizable in the configured crop. All footage and imagery must be authorized. The role is illustrative unless the person has agreed to the stated identity. Do not imply endorsement.

Write original, concise text for the actual subject. Four copies of the same claim do not form a useful dossier. Each record needs a distinct purpose and a specific supporting detail. Choose `clay`, `tidal`, `plum`, or `slate`; select `tall` or `wide` for the destination interface.

## Install and generate

Requires Node.js 22+, npm, FFmpeg/ffprobe, and a Chromium browser supported by HyperFrames. From this directory run ordinary `npm ci`, then:

Keep the generated HTML and build record with the film. The renderer manages video time through data attributes. Do not add inline playback or seek code for managed media. `window.__timelines.folio` owns visual motion; `seekFolio(seconds)` provides bounded visual seeking for inspection.

## Review

Review the 9.4-second film at normal speed. Inspect 0, 1.45, 1.7, 2.29, 2.88, 3.47, 5.28, 5.43, 6.13 and 9.36 seconds, and neighboring frames. Check face crop, natural motion, image crops, label legibility, the four-record reading interval and the settled interface. Inspect forward and backward seeks and verify actual font selection, including Chinese.

The supplied workflow is silent and makes no narration or music claim. If a brief requests sound, add authorized audio through an editable project timeline and verify the encoded mix. An external cue list alone is insufficient.

## Delivery

Keep generated projects, per-brief images and footage outside this generic package. Preserve dependency notices, disclose any measured limitations accurately, and verify a clean extraction of the actual ZIP before distributing a version.
