# Shortcut Arrival

Author a before → keyboard action → result explanation using two full screenshots from a real working document or application. This is an authoring workflow and parameterized compositor; it does not invent or verify the application outcome.

Install with `npm ci`. Supply a JSON brief, then run `node scripts/compose.mjs brief.json output`. Render with `npx hyperframes render output --output film.mp4 --fps 30 --quality high --strict --workers 1`.

The brief requires title, caption, action, beforeDescription, afterDescription, before and after PNG paths relative to the brief, shortcut (one to four labels), and region [left, top, width, height] normalized to the before screenshot. Optional language and dark control text metadata and canvas treatment. Both images must share the same dimensions and aspect ratio 20:9. Create a genuine result by performing the described command, retain its editable source, and measure the region anew from the captured target element. Do not substitute placeholder lines for document content. Only use images you may distribute.

The editable HTML uses GSAP and HyperFrames. A single plane registers image, focus and pointer. Physical key motion precedes focus, then the result wipes over the still-present source and holds for reading. The 9.4 second timeline is deterministic and exposes window.seek(seconds). Change shot timings in the generated HTML when a brief needs more reading time.

Check forward/backward seeks, the full result, coordinate alignment, native encoded frames, and full-speed playback. Record audio separately: this compositor adds no audio. Mix authorized tracks separately if required, retaining their editable timeline and verifying final streams. Do not claim listening from stream metadata.

Fonts and runtime libraries install at exact versions recorded in package-lock.json; keep their copyright and license files. Screenshots and example films live outside this generic package.
