# Tier Notes

A parameterized renderer for two to four ordered ranks. A narrow upper tier expands toward the base. Shapes arrive from the top, then each heading and its aligned explanation become readable in sequence. The finished diagram holds for reading. Width represents hierarchy, never measured quantity.

Read `references/authoring.md`, write a JSON brief, and run:

```sh
node scripts/create.mjs --input brief.json --output project
node scripts/render.mjs --project project --output movie.mp4
```

Use Node.js 22.14.0, FFmpeg and HyperFrames 0.8.30. The render command obtains the pinned HyperFrames release with npx when needed; `--hyperframes` can select an already installed CLI. Rendering uses one worker and stops after four minutes with a nonzero result on failure. No model service or API key is needed. GSAP 3.14.2 and Noto Sans CJK SC 2.004 are included with required licenses.

The project contains editable SVG, HTML, GSAP motion and a timing record. Videos are 1920×1080, 30 fps and 7.2 seconds. Output is silent. Dense labels and notes fit down to 24 px after local fonts load. Inspect native-size encoded frames, all label/annotation joins, text bounds and backward/forward seeks including zero. Full playback, listening where sound is added, and user approval remain distinct from successful encoding.

This tool accepts structured content; an Agent must author and check the hierarchy. It does not infer priorities, validate domain advice or create arbitrary scenes from prose. Keep topics and finished example media outside the installed Skill.
