About this policy
This policy describes how MotionSkill (https://motionskill.me) handles data for browsing, accounts, private workspaces and memberships. Last updated: October 19, 2026.
Sign-in and Google data
Clerk handles email, Google and GitHub sign-in. Google sign-in requests only basic identity, email and profile permissions to identify your account, authenticate you and display your profile. It does not request Gmail, Drive or contacts access. MotionSkill stores your Clerk user identifier and email to associate your workspace and membership with your account.
Workspace and payments
We store saved collections, prompt drafts and version history with account-based access controls. Stripe processes payment details. MotionSkill stores customer and transaction identifiers, plans, amounts, subscription and refund status to manage membership and reconcile billing. The website does not directly receive complete payment-card numbers.
Browser storage and referrals
Browser storage supports theme and saved-item preferences and sign-in sessions. When the partner program is enabled, Tolt uses referral identifiers and browser tracking to attribute eligible payments to referring partners; referral identifiers are also sent to Stripe. Cloudflare provides hosting, security and database services. Network requests include IP addresses and device request information.
Service providers and external content
Clerk, Stripe, Cloudflare and, when enabled, Tolt process relevant data for the functions described above. Preview media may load from SandBase. Source websites and partner destinations apply their own policies when you visit them. These providers may process data outside your country or region.
Retention and your choices
Workspace data is retained so you can continue using it. Cancelling a membership does not automatically delete your account or saved content. Billing, security and dispute records may need to be retained. You can manage saved content and cancel renewals in the billing portal. Contact the address below to request access, correction or deletion of personal data. We need to verify the requester’s identity; some records may not be deleted immediately because of financial or other applicable obligations.
