Here’s the workflow I used with Hailuo MiniMax H3: - Lock the singer, outfit, visual style and locations. - Create the main character sheet + 6 supporting reference assets. - Use ChatGPT to plan the 15-second concept, storyboard and song direction. - Write the lyrics, vocal style and music mood before generation. - Use the storyboard only for shot order, framing and progression. - Assign each reference one job: character, world, props, performance, typography, storyboard. - Let the music control the timing: vocal entrance → beat hit → camera move → performance → final hook. - Give every shot a purpose: close-up for lip-sync, wide for environment, low angle for energy, tracking for movement. - Generate with Hailuo MiniMax H3, review the weak parts, then rewrite lyrics/music direction if needed. - Update the typography to match the final song and regenerate. - Lock mistakes: no bad lip-sync, random shots, style changes, broken anatomy or camera resets. .
