Traditional commercial workflow: Concept → moodboard → storyboard → production → footage → edit → revisions. AI workflow I’m experimenting with: Concept → GPT Image 2.5 → storyboard → Seedance 2.5 → CapCut edit. GPT Image 2.5 is coming to CapCut, where it will be available through Design Studio and AI Image. The interesting part isn’t removing every step.
