Camcorder style woman struggling in a plank workout

Notes du créateur

She's shaking in a plank and whining that everything looked easier online. Then she drops onto the mat and announces her abs quit. Made with Seedance 2.5 on @makeugc. The old camcorder vibe is written right into the prompt: shaky hands, missed focus, crooked framing. Prompt took from @YourAlphaMom. Details on how it was made are in the comments.
