Claude Opus 5.5 with this prompt is a f*cking cheat code. It's 106 lines of XML.. Paste it in, describe one real workflow, and Opus 5.5 builds the whole agent team for you instead of a list of ideas. The build runs in eight steps: > Workflow audit -> where the real bottleneck is. > Opportunity scan -> what goes to agents, what stays with you. > Team design -> 3 to 5 agents max, no redundant roles. > Role definition -> each agent gets a job, inputs, outputs, boundaries. > Handoff mapping -> how work moves, retries and escalates to a human. > Prompt engineering, QA and safety, 7-day launch plan. What you get back is a guide with nine sections: Executive summary, the agent team, agent-by-agent blueprints, workflow diagram, prompt templates, tools and stack, the 7-day plan, common mistakes and final recommendations. And before it finalizes it asks itself: is each agent truly necessary, are handoffs clean, where can hallucinations happen, what still needs a human. Claude Code tip: run it in plan mode first, cut every agent without a clear output, then let it build. Grab it before it becomes everyone's default playbook ↓
