Character performance transfer with MiniMax H3

Quick update: Had a breakthrough for V2 With lots of experimenting I was able to get some pretty solid performance transfers. These gens are Minimax H3 ref2va with my character V1 lora and some prompt + masking magic. No Seedance or higgsfield here. There's plenty more to test out, esp with the drop of Alisson's lora, but I'm pretty satisfied where things are going. More soon!
